About Our Acquisitions
Marquette Financial is focused on growing our existing businesses and redeploying our liquidity through strategic acquisitions of existing businesses and/or merging them with existing Marquette holdings.
We review numerous acquisition opportunities each year. After a rigorous pricing and due diligence process, we act quickly, often with innovative and/or tax structures, to capture attractive opportunities. Marquette targets to invest in four to six transactions each year, typically of a size to maintain a focus on cash flow and quality of management.

About Making Wise Investments
Marquette Financial makes prudent and significant investments in equities, sub debt, venture and investment joint ventures and partnerships. We follow an opportunistic approach to our investments by identifying undervalued assets, as well as situations offering significant short-term upside and/or opportunities requiring immediate action.
Our access to private capital gives us the ability to move decisively on investments. We also employ expansive referral services and business relationships, allowing us to implement creative, flexible structures.
