Lampert Joins Pohlad Family of Companies as
Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communicatons
MINNEAPOLIS , MN. – (May 9, 2008) – Pamela Lampert has joined the Pohlad family of companies as senior vice president of human resources and communications. Her appointment is effective immediately.
Most recently, she served as vice president of planning and organizational development at Rimage Corporation in Minneapolis.
In her new role, Lampert will serve as the strategic leader of human resources, organizational development and communications for Pohlad-owned businesses, including Marquette Financial Companies (MFC), a $3.1 billion financial services company. Lampert will provide leadership for human resource and communications activities, including strategic human resource development, executive recruitment, competitive compensation management, payroll and benefits.
“Pam brings to us great insights and talents, along with a strong values-based approach to leadership, that will enhance our organization’s ability to grow, develop our people, and strengthen our management processes,” said Bert Colianni, MFC chief executive officer and Pohlad family executive.

She brings nearly 30 years of human resources experience to the Pohlad organization, including eight years operating her own human resources consulting practice and serving in various human resource leadership roles for several high tech organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
